Re: [Everything doTERRA] Loss of Balance after stroke AND very sensitive to smells...

He can ingest Frankincense but not Balance. You can always be safe when you see the FDA label on the back of our bottles to know they can be ingested. Balance is for topical use only. I'm sure it wouldn't hurt you, but I think it has an oil in it that is very hard on the liver. It has Spruce and Blue Tansy in it. Hope this helps. I'm sure you will get better protocols here other than what I suggested. Let us know how he is doing.
Bless you for caring so much. I wish I could have had these oils before my father passed away. I think he would have lived much longer. Happy Oiling,
Jan in Florida

Subject: [Everything doTERRA] Loss of Balance after stroke AND very sensitive to smells...

We have a guy that had a stroke a while back and as a result of that
has major balance issues...my first instinct for him is our BALANCE
blend on the bottoms of his feet but his wife says that he will not
tolerate ANY scent whatsoever but he would ingest something. Do any of
you know IF it is safe to ingest Balance (I don't own it so I can't
look at the bottle) OR is there a combination of oils we could put in
a veggie cap for him to ingest instead of applying it topically or
diffusing it... also wondering about Frankincense for him...

Thanks so much!
