When I went off caffeine 18 months ago, the headaches were terrible, but the thing that helped me stay off of it was lots and lots of grapefruit oil in my water. I drank it all day long. Grapefruit can help with addiction and it certainly helped me.

I guess that is what I meant, "suck it up". The only way he will get rid of those massive headaches is to go through a few, using lots of oils for the pain. There is no easy way to right a wrong. The caffeine is extremely addicting. I can't even imagine what it must be like. When I gave up coke, I never had such a headache and I had no oils back then and the medicine barely touched it. He is doing all the right things and its really terrific that he understands the need to get off those drinks. Try the weekend, for getting through the worst of it. up? He is on the LLV, I didn't know about the cinnamon so I will tell
him that, but he is also on the zendocrine supplement and uses the
zendocrine blend on a daily basis whether diffusing or internally. He
drinks citrus in almost all of his water... but when he doesn't take
the morning "get me started" dose, he will develope a huge headache.
Any way to circumvent that? He would love to give it up but it
interferes enough with his day that he keeps putting it off.
