[Everything doTERRA] dead pancreas-how to regulate blood sugar in early teen?

What can you suggest to regulate blood sugar for a 12 almost 13 year old girl who pancreas are completely dead? (I thought Coriander, but since the pancreas are "gone" I am not sure anymore)
