If you're using the On Guard as a precaution against viruses and infections, try using Melaleuca or Lavender in your diffuser instead. Both are antiviral, antibacterial, and antifungal. If you want to use On Guard for your own aromatherapy, sniff the open bottle. Trust me, that works just as well as diffusing it. Or use it as a personal diffuser on your pulse points or palms.

he gets a headache? He thinks it's the rosemary, he also says that if
one has high blood pressure they should stay away from rosemary. Any
thoughts, please help.
