Interesting that it's only on his back. It sounds like a contact
dermatitis (allergy to something he's coming in contact with), or a
skin condition like eczema or psoriasis. I'd suggest that he go to a
doctor first for a proper diagnosis so that he knows what he's dealing
with, then find natural solutions to it rather than the medicated
creams, hydrocortisone creams or pills (which only cause more trouble
in the long run), or pills that the doctor is going to want to
prescribe. When you know a diagnosis, you can help him with essential
oil protocols.
