I had a clogged duct, they are not fun. I did two things. At the time,
lemon drops (since this was pre doterra) on the side where the duct is
clogged, hold it there. Since the oil will move quickly, she could try
the lemon drops, or just plan to use several drops of lemon. Secondly,
and this is the MUST, she must massage the duct in a "milking it"
fashion. Meaning: start at the top of the duct and massage down, one
direction only. (Did that make sense) I should let you know, this will
be uncomfortable, but she needs to do it for 5 minutes 3 times a day,
and then it will clear up.
Mine have clogged about 3 times total, and this always does the trick.
