[Everything doTERRA] Re: Increase Milk Production

(This is a great article that has many references and charts.)

Basically what I have found is that people who are drinking
caffeinated drinks tend not to drink as much water. If you get
dehydrated that may effect milk production. I couldn't find anything
that said caffeine slowed milk production, but studies did say that it
makes the babies more jittery and colicky because...well... they are
taking caffeine into their system from the milk.
