[Everything doTERRA] Oil for bone marrow and blood production

I have a friend in the hopsital who fell and really messed up her
hamstring and basically has a pool of blood in her leg. They are
giving her more iron and vitamin C so that her bone marrow will
produce more blood so she won't end up needing a blood transfusion. I
hope I got that right. But my question is does anyone know what oils
would be appropriate? I am using a few for her injury but just wanted
to know if I could add another oil that would address the above issue.
