Its what we call preventative!! They talked a lot about Melissa also for
helping to combat dementia and Alz. You haven't lost a thing by trying
it and it just might save your mind!!

and we were talking about how my great grandma and great aunt both had
alzheimers. Now, both passed away in their late 80's and it probably
set in while they were in their 80's but still.......I am SO
incredibly forgetful now and I really strive to work hard at doing
what I can to remember things (post it notes, pictures, etc) but I am
deathly afraid of this in my family, almost more so than other
prevelant things like cancer, etc. Thoughts?
