I have a friend who does NOT like the taste at all – she has put it in a capsule – and takes one capsule before meals. Since it came out she has probably lost 6 inches or more from her waist alone. There are many ways to take it – you just have to find the one that works best for you. Good Luck - Brooke

It IS somewhat of an acquired taste. 12 is a lot, in my opinion, particularly to start with. I started it with about 4, which was about as strong as I could take it, and filled my water bottle. Once I drank my water down pretty far, I'd add a few more with the additional water refill, etc. What I found is that in a short period of time, I was able to start adding more and more drops. I'm probably using about 12 in my water bottle at a time now and plain water just doesn't taste right to me anymore. My advice is just to get it in you any way you can. If it's only 4 drops at a time, do 4 drops at a time. I tell people if they can get 5 drops in, 3 times/day, that's adequate, but if you can amp it up, that's great. I think Justin Harrison was recommending only 15 drops/day. (Does anyone know why? I forgot to ask him.) He also has said that you can apply it topically as well. If you can't stand the taste, you can also take it in capsule form.

We have tried our first lot of Slim and Sassy, Must say it is quite warm, maybe it is an acquired taste, have been using an 750 Mil Pump Water Bottle , first with 12 drops and the second day I reduced it to 8, Lorraine has reduced it even more to 4
