Re: [Everything doTERRA] yeast infections dog

Ear Infection

Dip cotton

swab in Purify

and apply to inside

and front of outer ear.

Please be careful when

using essential oils

around a dog's ears.

Never put drops directly

Into a dog's ears.

I don't know if you were asking about the yeast or ear infection.  Oregano is great for yeast or melaluca.  Maybe a drop in his water.  Let me know.  Blessings, Carol

For the last three years my 4 year old adopted dog, Madchen, has had
chronic problems with yeast infections.  After two years with a
homeopathic vet, the problem still continues.  After her last ear
infection was over, I started using 1 drop lavender, 1 drop melaleuca
with 1 tsp coconut oil as a prevention and now 3 weeks later, she has
another ear infection.  I'm in the process of changing vets and
setting up an appointment.  Other problems that preceed, accompanied
or followed the ear infections were:  licking the vulva-sores
resulted, itching lower jaw, licking web of paws.
Madchen was on a completely raw diet for over a year, currently she in
on 1/2 raw with a  grain free dry, Taste of the Wild. For the past two
years she has been on probiotics and often on food supplements
prescribed by the homepathic vet.  She hates the water, so it is not a
moisture problem.  She likes Thyme tea which was used for her vulva
sores along with "Cuts and Scrapes" that contained hypericum and
calendula.

I would greatly appreciate any suggestions you have,
Birdlover
