You can get empty capsules at just about any health food store. If I feel like I’m coming down with anything, I immediately put 4 drops of On-Guard and 3 drops of Lemon in my AWESOME “ED” shot-glass , with about 2 Tbl of water and gargle and swallow. It is hot for a minute – but goes away quickly – and very rarely does anything ever develop. You are tough to put it directly on your tongue! J Good Job!

You did good! Most of us think the OnGuard is to hot so we put it in
capsules. Sometimes when we get a cold we mix some of the oils,
as a good antibiotic. For instance, OnGuard, Melaleuca and Wild Orange,
or Thyme or Myrrh. Depends on what is wrong.
Thats why we put them in capsules.
