Good morning! My husband’s personal assistant asked me over the weekend to help her stop smoking. She is a single mother of two little boys, and her deepest desire is to stop by Christmas and do it as a gift for them. She is concerned about how it has affected her health, and her example to her boys.
She also has been told by her doctor that her allergies, weight gain and other issues could be helped if she would stop. She has tried everything else to stop, and it hasn’t worked. If anyone has testimonials, suggestions, or ideas…she is very willing to give the oils a try!
