How long did it take you to lose the 3 inches? Do you also take it internally?

I am down 3 inches because of the grapefruit and the slim & sassy on my thighs, hips & legs;) it works... the slim & sassy is a little spicy on so I put the grapefruit first and then some oil and then the slim & sassy:) IT WORKS!!!

Hey I have a silly question. I am wondering if slim and sassy would be effective-more or less-if applied on location...for example, on my belly and thighs:-) Could be worth a try!
