[Everything doTERRA] Dog with Tumors

Friend of friend has dog with very odorous tumors in it's ears. The
tumors are so big they block the ears, so the dog also has ear
infections (which is probably causing the odors).
What oils would be good to maybe help shrink the tumors, and also help
with the odor?
