The vegetable oil exists it's Hemp oil (Canabis sativa seed oil) it's very good for skin and hair - it's extracted from the plant with all aphrodisiac extracts removed. I didn't hear about any essential oils though.

This may seem like an off-the-wall question, but I promised my
customer I'd ask. Has anyone ever heard of an oil extracted from the
marijuana plant?
