I too like the Lotus better; but the nice thing about the Ace is the ability to dial in the time you want to diffuse as well as the rate at which you use the oil. It can be set up to use very little oil and get good results. It seems to be very well built and durable. The Ace diffuser travels much, much better than the Lotus and for these reasons like it almost as much as like the Lotus.
