Also, dilute and put oregano directly on the wound. That's the only thing that cleared it up for my husband, and he had IV antibiotics (strongest available) for 10 days.

You're on the right track.
If I was in that situation, I would put melaleuca and frankincense on topically, full strength with no carrier oil. Internally, I would make capsules (size 0) of oregano 3x/ day. I would also be on the LLW trio.
