About the low energy problems. If she is eating dairy, tell her to stop for a month and see what happens. I was very low energy for many years and got off dairy and my energy was awesome after that. Not an oily answer, but could be helpful ;)

I believe you are looking for the word Narcolepsy for the woman that falls asleep all the time.
