[Everything doTERRA] Re: ALLERGIES TO EVERYTHING!

I would suggest starting out with a single citrus oil, such as Lemon
or Wild Orange. Citrus oils are cleansing and she probably needs to do
a lot of that. Over time, I would add other citrus oils one by one,
and then Peppermint (also cleansing). I have not found a single
instance of people reacting to citrus or peppermint. More likely to
cause reactions are resin-based oils (I have met several people who
react to Frankincense, for example), and sometimes florals. Every body
is different! I was told today of someone having an adverse reaction
to DigestZen... many years ago, this individual had been made sick by
overindulgence of licorice-based alcohol and the scent of licorice in
the DigestZen turned him green at the gills! The human brain is truly
an amazing instrument.
