I actually put a drop under my tongue, I think it tastes great and gives me lots of energy. I also like to put 6 drops in a shot glass and chug it.

What do we recommend for a vaginal yeast infection?  (Ok..I just hate writing that!)  I've read the book and have recommended meleluca on a tampon but if anyone has a different or better solution, I'm ready and willing to learn.  My friend thinks she got her infection from the LLW.  Any thoughts?  She had to quit taking all the LLW because it made her sick.  I told her to cut the dose in half, and it still makes her sick.
