You are correct. If they are not happy and Terra Shield did not work for them,
then they should call doTerra and ask for a refund.
They actually did extensive research and development. This is an incredible
company that would never put anything out there for us that was not perfect.
I also have used and watched the little critters buzz all around but never land.
Just like the oils that do not work for some of the people. If I tried Lavender
and it did not work for me, then I would move on to another oil, until I found
the ones that worked best for me.
I have a friend who used Purify and said that it works the best for her.
