Kathy, I remember when you had a bone spur on your foot and was able to eliminate it with Lemongrass. Is this like that or different?

Probably not the same thing but just wanted to report that I had a lump that was growing on the top of my foot over on one side about 2 inches above the 2nd toe from the baby toe - anyway - when I went and had the aromatouch therapy it literally melted away  that very evening.  It started growing again and about 2 months ago I stopped all refined sugar - I only eat agave and sugar free treats and the lump is gone again so I believe it somehow was all related to the amount of refined sugar I was eating before - I had done the GX before we had GX assist but only did it one time for 2 weeks and I didn't cut out refined sugar completely when I did it - now I'm ready to do the GX again -

Could she possibly be suffering from Gout? That happened to me only once and

the pain was as you described. Drink lots of water with lemon and apply Deep

Blue or Wintergreen or Geranium to the area topically.
