Re: [Everything doTERRA] GX and PB Assist

I am on my 2nd roundof GX/PB and am doing it because I ended up on antibiotics with mastitis and immediately got a breast yeast infection and my baby has thrush as a result. She is doing great and our infection is going away so if you feel peaceful choosing it, my experience has been good with it so far. Diet wise, I have been down the fungus/yeast overgrowth road for so long that I am hardcore on the diet part so it is up to you how much you can handle in changing your diet if you already haven't. I avoid all white flour, white sugar, even fruit except green apples and berries, all grains except brown rice and sprouted yeast free breads & cereals, all dairy execpt plain organic yogurt & kefir (which  are both high in the probiotics you need) and I eat alot of leafy green in salads and green smoothies & coconut oils and juices. Not everyones case is as severe as mine but I would recommend at least going off sweetners especially if they are refined & white flour. I notice that when i eat things I personally shouldn't, i have more die off effects like nausea. Drink tons of water with it and lemon in your water especially.
Best of luck to you! I hope it goes well for you:-)

I'm a nursing mom wanting to use GX and PB Assist. Are these safe for
me to take?  Nursing or not, do I need to change my diet when taking
them?

Thanks a bunch!
