Definetely use the lemon oil, it has great properties for cleansing the liver,
it will also PH balance the water that you drink.

contains some vitamins necessary for health during the cleanse? I've
been told that the lemon oil does not have vitamins so I don't want to
deplete myself by using the oil rather than an actual lemon. Have you
heard?
