I would still use the fresh lemon and also add a drop or 2 of the lemon EO after it cools down.

Thank you Pat!  Do you know if the lemon is used in the master cleanse because it contains some vitamins necessary for health during the cleanse? I've been told that the lemon oil does not have vitamins so I don't want to deplete myself by using the oil rather than an actual lemon. Have you heard?  Enjoy!
