I also had really no problems taking the GX assist or the oregano & melaluca, etc before the GX assist came out - I put alot of oregano in the capsules too but

a friend of mine did the capsules and she was so sick for weeks, I told her to cut down to 2 capsules a day - I guess it depends on how toxic we - I have done several different

kinds of cleanses over the past 5 years, maybe that has something to do with it too - or our bodies are just different.  I would suggest starting off slow - taking one capsule a day for a day or so and see how they react then start with 2 a day for a day or so and then 3 a day.  Make sure they are drinking plenty of water - 1 gallon a day or close to it.

HI!  I started the GX Assist 4 days ago. I feel sick. I have chills, feel run down, and my stomach is really cramping. I don't have a fever. Is this a normal reaction? My husband is taking it as well and has been run down and coughing. We don't feel like we have colds.  If this is a common reaction I'd like to be able to let people know in advance what they might experience. What do you think?
