Re: [Everything doTERRA] Re: Cleanse

I went through the cleanse without so much as a twinge of discomfort. My
friend could not leave her house for a week! I don't know why exactly except
that she had some major cleansing. Because of that she reduced her intake
and increased her water with lemon to help the cleanse. She still held with
the 10 days and had some GX left over. She immediately went from her
10 day GX cleanse to the five day probiotic. She waited ten days after completed
the protocol and started the cleanse again. She was able to take the three
GX as recommended and complete the 10 day cycle followed by the PB
Assist without any problems.
She loves the way she feels, her arthritis  pain is 80% better.
I will do the cleanse on a quarterly basis and I know it will be the major
source of my wellness regiment.

HI!

I started the GX Assist 4 days ago. I feel sick. I have chills, feel
run down, and my stomach is really cramping. I don't have a fever. Is
this a normal reaction? My husband is taking it as well and has been
run down and coughing. We don't feel like we have colds.

If this is a common reaction I'd like to be able to let people know in
advance what they might experience. What do you think?

Take care,
Sheen
