had digestive issues in the past (chronic problems with stomach, etc) don't
do well taking oregano internally. They do better just putting it on the
bottom of the foot. I don't know if that is the case or not...but just a
thought for the future. When I take those internally, I always take a
capsule with at least 2-3 drops of peppermint with it. That always calms my
stomach and helps. Externally is good too! Good luck - and I hope you are
feeling better soon!
