Thank you so much Pat. I know she won't stop taking the antibiotics, even tho the side effects are too numerous to mention, dizziness being one of them...She was actually on the saltines a week ago, but the dr. went back to clear liquids. (which she really hasn't had any of accept the jello today. No Broth today cause she says it makes her sick...well duh, she's only been eating that for two weeks)! Her stomach sounds like a freight train...but no wonder cause there is nothing in it....I will do the oils on her topically tho for sure. She wants to stay on the doterra probiotics because the dr. said it would be fine...ha. And Praise God, she had an hour between bathroom excursions last time at 4:30 today and again at 5:30. But I made her drink another 1/4 cup of ensure, and it lasted just one hour. I wish they would just admit her to an IV clinic for nutrition and not antibiotics, to be monitored. The dr. at least doesn't want to put her back in the hospital, but it might be what she needs. I'm so frustrated. Wish I was a dr...I'd be a natural path. Oh, and I didn't even tell you all about my grandson in all this...he was diagnosed with shingles a week ago yesterday and he is only 18 months old. The oils have worked for him, but he hasn't taken anything internally. My daughter is as stubborn as my mom...but at least she lets me apply the oils topically and aromatically.

Wow, she is really in bad shape. This is the very thing that makes me so angry at our medical people. He has to know that she is in bad shape and cannot live without some type of nutrition. Will she possibly stop taking absolutely everything for 48 hours?? Would she nible on saltine crackers, slowly. Would she let you apply oils to her feet (digestzen, cover the smell with geranium and myrrh), every hour. Frankincense and Aroma Touch on the back of her neck and the crown of her head. Be aggressive and consistent. After 24 hours have her start drinking water with lemon. Keep up with the crackers and water and of course the oils topically. This is not a diagnosis, just a suggestion of what might help her condition.

Has been the picture of health until about 3 and a half weeks ago. Well, She ended up in the hospital for a week because of severe pains in her gut. I took the doterra probiotics in to the dr, and he said they looked good, he was going to put her on some anyway...this was yesterday...go figure. I asked a week ago...he said she didn't need that right now(a week ago)...Then I got her some Keifer last week to take a littlte bit every day cause it was liquid. That went right through. The carrott and apple juicing went right through, and one hour after she took the probiotic, she had the runs again. I even tried pedialyte and ensure to get some nutrition in her. The doctor thought it might be a bowel obstruction, but just put her on a more heavier antibotic. She has been dizzy from that. Started it last night. So she has been in the bathroom every 20 to 30 min. all day. I am livid with this dr. I told her to call him, call the gastrointerologist(appointment not till Fri) and ask for IV nutrition. Does anyone out there have any suggestions? I am at a lost, and I see my mom wasting away. She has lost 6 lbs this week alone, not to mention the 10 in the hospital and the 6 last week. HELP! I appreciate anything you all might have to offer. Thank you in advance.
