[Everything doTERRA] LLW dosages, can I take more?

When I was using the LLW pack there was a couple weeks when I goofed
on the dosages and was taking five instead of three Alpha CRS's.
During that time I felt GREAT! Once I went back to the "normal" dosage
just blah. Is it possible that I just need more of the Alpha CRS? Is
it ok to take more than the reccommended dose?
