I am not sure what you meant by cautions and contradictions? But do not dilute

these wonderful oils. The only time I add carrier oil is if it is hot. It truly is because

of the purity, that you can use them straight. The "other" oils want you to dilute

so the synthetics, carbons and/or filler will not hurt you. That is never a worry with

doTerra oils.

We are proud to safely say, NO ONE DOES IS BETTER!!

developed that she had migraines with Rosemary oil. She had a slight
headache the 1st session but nothing for the following 4 sessions
which she has had weekly. So that is very impresive.
