I don't even remember what I was drinking, but it was something innocuous, water or milk.  I will try the lemongrass.  Doesn't cinnamon help that, too?  I need to do the
cleanses, as I'm sure my liver could use it!  Thanks for the info!

Acid reflux is sometimes caused by H. Pylori, a bacteria that infects

Lemongrass is apparently more effective against it than the
antibiotics commonly used to treat it.

What were you drinking at the time? It was possibly an allergen-based
asthma attack. You sure want to know what caused it so it doesn't
happen again!

Have you done the GX Assist/PB Assist/ LLW? I would suggest doing that
to cleanse the liver.
