Pat I've also found my diet and staying active helps or at least I think it does. A Dr. here in Houston gave me Desoximetasone but I've always been afraid of side effects.

I've been using Lavendar on the problem areas for HHD and that works AWESOME. I will try some of the suggestions for my nails.
