friend who is a qualified Manacurist.
She advised to brush the cuticles with a nail brush regularly this
stimulates and strengthens the nail bed. Results can also be obtained
by massaging the cuticles when you are sitting or whenever you think
about it. If you can massage oil as Pat suggested then you are
increasing the effect.The nutrition Pat has suggest is part of the
holistic approach and very important. Thin hair and nails can be due
to thyroid not functioning correctly. I saw this in women a lot in my
hairdressing days. So the LLW is probably really helping the balance
the endocrine system as well as providing awesome nutrition. Extra
silica would help as well as our hair and nails are made up of this.
You could try drinking oat straw tea. Organic from a health food
store. This is very high in silica.
