Re: [Everything doTERRA] Neurosarcoidosis

Hi Kathy,
I read you previous message and was not acquanted with this disorder. I
have been reviewing the cause, suggested protocols and other conditions
related to this disease.
I am copying an explanation of this, for those who have not heard of it, or
are not sure what it is.

Neurosarcoidosis is a manifestation of sarcoidosis in the nervous system.  Sarcoidosis is a chronic inflammatory disorder that typically occurs in adults between 20 and 40 years of age and primarily affects the lungs, but can also impact almost every other organ and system in the body.  Neurosarcoidosis is characterized by inflammation and abnormal cell deposits in any part of the nervous system – the brain, spinal cord, or peripheral nerves.  It most commonly occurs in the cranial and facial nerves, the hypothalamus (a specific area of the brain), and the pituitary gland.  It is estimated to develop in 5 to 15 percent of those individuals who have sarcoidosis.  Weakness of the facial muscles on one side of the face (Bell's palsy) is a common symptom of neurosarcoidosis.  The optic and auditory nerves can also become involved, causing vision and hearing impairments.  It can cause headache, seizures, memory loss, hallucinations, irritability, agitation, and changes in mood and behavior.  Neurosarcoidosis can appear in an acute, explosive fashion or start as a slow chronic illness.  Because neurosarcoidosis manifests in many different ways, a diagnosis may be difficult and delayed.

Wow, this is pretty intense and with no known cure. The suggested methods with steroids and other medicines have pretty dramatic side effects. If it were me I would do the following protocol.

I would immediately start on the LLW (Life Long Wellness) pack, but I would start out on half dose for at least a week and then to the full dose. Frankincense would be my new best friend, along with balance. You can use any of the other oils depending on specific areas of need. I know that the medical community would tell me not to take the vitamins because they are trying to suppress the immune system. I say lets get natural and give the body what it needs. This is what I would do!

I would also put the Frankincense and Balance on the bottom of my feet 2-3 times a day, on the back of my neck and the crown of my head.

If there is a lot of pain and discomfort here is what I would also do:

Prepare two glass pyrex baking dishes, large enough to fit the foot of the person. Place dishes in the oven and heat them to 180 degrees. Meanwhile place person in a comfortable chair, put a heavy towel on the floor in front of said person. Prepare the feet for this procedure by gently applying, Frankincense, Balance, Wild Orange, Myrrh or Melaleuca. Put on plenty of oil, bottom of feet. As you finish each foot place a very heavy boot sock (or double heavy socks) on the foot. Now both feet are oiled and covered, bring in dishes from oven set in front of chair on thick towel. Place covered feet in each baking dish, cover feet and dishes with large towel and let the oils go to work.

If you decide to do any of my suggestions please remember that your friend is very toxic, so watch for signs of detox. While you are doing this foot procedure make sure you have plenty of drinking water with lemon in it. Drink Lots!!

Hope some of this helps, let us know.

Pat

Hello again
I left a message about a friend who has neurosacoidosis but I think it
might
of gone astray. If anyone knows of this illness and has any
suggestions of how the oils may help it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Kathy.
