Re: [Everything doTERRA] Nails and Skin questions

I have never been diagnosed with any thing like Hailey-Hailey, but I have always had
very thin nails, they always had lines but did not break at the lines, they would just
peel away. I always thought it was due to my biting my nails as a child. Now I know
it was caused by lack of nutrition.
For the first time in my adult life my nails have grown and I even put nail polish on
them.
I attribute stronger nails and thicker hair to the LLW. I have been taking the LLW for the
past seven months and am just getting some great results.I also rub lemon oil on my
cuticles.

Hope these suggestions help,

Pat

I suffer from a number of skin issues, one of them being a rare

this disease is lines in the nails, they have become so bad that my
nails will break in strange spots.  I'm curious, does anyone know what
I can use to harden my nails? Or what's good for them generally?
