I have seen the staff at the office literally take time to go to the airport in an emergency to get oils overnighted to someone dying in a hospital in California. When the carrier screwed up the following day, they got on the phone and got a hold of the carrier and followed through until the oils were delivered a few hours later. They took a financial loss even in overnighting. I had an expensive oil that seemed to have evaporated. I couldn’t figure it out. They replaced it. They didn’t have to do that. They have fixed my autoship errors without repercussions, etc. I can go on and on. Seriously, my experience has been that at times when I have been frustrated with things in the company in general – mostly organizational issues, those staff members have kept me going and happy. I only share all of this to give you a little “hope” that it can all change for you. HOPE AND CHANGE!
