RE: [Everything doTERRA] Looking for customer service help

Yes, hang in there and share your frustrations when you talk to someone! (Julia is a friend of mine who works there.  You could ask for her and use my name. Justin has been awesome to help.)  Please don’t misunderstand that I share this to demean your experience.  You have obviously gone through a lot.  Don’t give up -  I have worked with so many different people that have been so helpful.  I’m just a little peon in the company, no reason to go overboard to help me, but I have had nothing but incredible help from corporate. ( Presently, Dr. Hill is corresponding with me on email over a health issue!) I have seen the staff at the office literally take time to go to the airport in an emergency to get oils overnighted to someone dying in a hospital in California.  When the carrier screwed up the following day, they got on the phone and got a hold of the carrier and followed through until the oils were delivered a few hours later.  They took a financial loss even in overnighting.  I had an expensive oil that seemed to have evaporated.  I couldn’t figure it out.  They replaced it.  They didn’t have to do that.  They have fixed my autoship errors without repercussions, etc.   I can go on and on.  Seriously, my experience has been that at times when  I have been frustrated with things in the company in general – mostly organizational issues, those staff members have kept me going and happy.  I only share all of this to give you a little “hope” that it can all change for you.  HOPE AND CHANGE!  (Where have we heard that before…..:) – In doTERRA there is hope and change you can count on!  ~Debbie Huckstep

I have contacted doTerra and you should be getting a call from them. They

really are the best company I have ever dealt with. I am sure they will take

care of whatever is wrong, if possible.
