I'm sorry you've had problems. It is difficult to say what could be done -
when I don't know what the problems have been. I myself haven't had any
problems so far in the seven months I've been with the company, and when I
call in they seem to really be trying to help me. I know that as a company,
they are growing at a very rapid pace, and because they are 'new', maybe
they are experiencing 'growing pains'. It has been a big learning curve for
me, and possibly they have had a difficult time trying to train new
employee's. I'm positive that if you were to call and ask for Emily Wright
or someone at a managerial level, they would do what they could to take care
of the problem. They value their reputation too.
Let me know if I can do anything, because I would be happy to help if I
can!.

Can anyone help me with customer service at corporate? I have been
having some very serious service issues for both myself and a downline
and I can't seem to get it resolved. I have been very patient and have
tried because I want to see DoTerra succeed, but any one of these
service issues would have caused me to stop buying from any other
company long ago. The problem is that I love the DoTerra products, but
I am so frustrated at this point that I am about ready to go back to
my other oil lines. At this point I am really looking for a good
