I may have sent this out a few months ago - I use it as one of my handouts but I love the link that guy (sorry, can't remember your name) sent - I absolutely love that info - I have already bookmarked that site!  That is the direction I am going with the oils and love to read as much as I can get on it.  Here is what I had sent out awhile ago.
