Not really that balance is GOOD for headaches but I had someone who was hit in his head 15 years ago and has had pain everyday since - he needed balance on his forehead as well as the other oils so I just use it everyday no matter what!

Besides peppermint and lavender you need frankinsence for severe migranes - I put 1 drop of each on the temples and one on the crown of the head (very top of head). Sometime balance can help with that combo too, I do the same, 1 drop balance on each temple and top of head is what I do for my 15 year old that gets migraines
