hi kirstie

I like your recipe and i'll told about my recipe and not sure if its known for you,

1. cook the pasta with boiled salted water
2. mince the garlic and mix it with yogurt (at room temperature)
3. drain the pasta when cooked
4. mix the pasta with the yogurt and eat it...
* you can add some parsley or mint and a spoon of olive oil

it is very easy, i like it ;)

Hello Patricia!

thank you so much for the information. Your effort is very much appreciated. Would they accept applicants from the philippines? I'll try to apply. Hope i'll be lucky this time. God bless!

Marianne

I found alpineaccess. com and they have a whole hiring process and requirements for the computer. They do require that you have a good newer computer and a land line. I saw this on Good Morning America two years ago and they are based out of Boulder, CO.

So I was very interested and my husband tried them out when he got laid off last month. Anyway, to make a long story short, they are legitimate and it can be a long process from when you apply online to actually getting the job. If you already have admin/csr background really helps. Also a clear voice as they will require you to speak on the phone to record your voice for review. Not sexy but a nice clear well spoken voice.

Good luck and enjoy it.

Patricia

Hi Marianne:

Seriously I do not know if they accept overseas applicants. Just give it a go and try. I do know that when I call Dell or some other but do not recall right at this moment it is always someone from the Philippines.  Maybe you could make a search for that sort of jobs if Alpine Access does not accept overseas applicants.  Please keep me in the know if they do accept your application as I do have other contacts from overseas that may want to try it out.

Good luck and blessings
Patricia

I would love to share, but most of my recipes have almost nothing measured, meaning, I just throw stuff in til it smells and tastes right. And, most of my "recipes" are just ideas, meaning you can start with the basics and throw in anything that suits your family.

Here's one, mostly for adult tastes because it's slightly spicy. We call it a "Laya." It's based on Jambalaya, but since it isn't really, we don't feel we can legally call it anything but some sort of "laya." :) BONUS: TEN-minute prep time. Good for a crockpot - tastes better the longer it's cooked, so you can substitute "crockpot" for "pan" anywhere.

1 can diced tomatoes (16 oz-ish)
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/4 cup water (or white wine)
1 tsp cornstarch (or flour)
bell pepper strips
diced onion (I buy the peppers/onions frozen)
minced garlic
Cooked, sliced andouille sausage (we use Johnsonville, found near hot dogs, and I use 2-3 sausages for this size batch)
Cooked shredded chicken or shrimp*

If desired, a bit of:
salt
pepper

Pour some juice from the tomatoes, 1/4 c. water (or white wine), the bouillion cube and the cornstarch into a pan. Heat it on low/medium, stirring often, til it boils & gets thicker and the cube starts to dissolve.

Throw everything else into the pan (*except shrimp). Cover and simmer on lowest heat for as long as you like. If you're using shrimp, throw them in 10 minutes before you're done - otherwise, they shrink to nothing.

I serve this over rice. You can add okra, or pretty much anything else. It is IMPOSSIBLE to mess this up. The flavors from the sausage and veggies make the tomato base taste lovely. I like to throw this in (double recipe) a crockpot on Sunday afternoon and eat for dinner Sun eve - the prep time is about 10 minutes if you buy everything pre-cooked/frozen.
