[Everything doTERRA] Red, Raw, Sore rash under arms etc

I have somebody who has this problem. Thought it was a yeast/fungal
infection. Tried Gx assist followed by PB assist to no relief.
Any ideas. Tried making a cream with anti-fungal eo's in it and Roman
Chamomile + Lavender to calm it. Hmm it stung them. What should we do?
Ideas are much appreciated, thanks :)
