[Everything doTERRA] Re: sleep issues

I had the same problem about a year ago (but I am not post
menopausal). I LOVE serenity blend on my feet but I also use balance
blend just before I start my period and a few days after because it
regulates hormones. When I really want a treat I put serenity on my
pillow and frankincense on my feet and behind my ears....now that's a
good nights' sleep!
