[Everything doTERRA] Re: Looking for customer service help

I have to extend my apologies as my business cards arrived yesterday.
Customer Service told me they had only shipped yesterday. So... sorry
doTERRA. Kurt has been really great. I placed an Autoship order for
February (my first autoship and second overall order) making sure I
changed the date as it defaulted to March;however, I went back into
the existing autoship order and updated it. It reverted back to a
March shipping date! Please be aware of this if you adjust your
autoship orders. If it weren't for Kurt, my February fifth autoship
would've turned into a February fifteenth autoship and I have a trade
show on the twentieth. Kurt talked to the warehouse and I've since
received a confirmation of shipping today. Thanks Kurt!
