[Everything doTERRA] breast enhancement

I had someone call me today about their daughter (really-it isn't
me!) She wants to know if there are any oils that would be beneficial
for breast enhancement to avoid breast implant surgery. She was told
that Vetiver and Lavender would help this. Is there any validity to
this?
