You know how valuable opinions are. They are worth what you pay for them. This

comment is about my opinion only and is worth whatever you want to learn from it.

I do feel that the oils is so powerful that if someone touches the top it can easily be

cleaned off and not break down anything. I make no announcements when I pass

my oils, I just clean them off as I put them back in to my box.

As for the palm and rubbing it three times I say phooey! If we put it in the palm of

our hands and prepare to use our fingers as the applicator our energy has already

affected the oils.

However, if you feel that three circles with the oils help, then by all means do it.

This really is all about what feels right for you.

 

The hardest thing in using the oils is getting the lid off, the rest is easy.

I have had some say NEVER touch the white cap because the oils from
your skin will get into  the essential oil and break it down.  Then
someone else said that they could be touched since the oils are so
antibacterial. but that would not solve the problem with the oily
skin....hmmmm...?

I have also been told a trick is to place a few drops in your palm and
then use the middle and ring finger on you other hand to rub the oil
clockwise three times.  Something about this "charging" it, giving it
energy?

Any words from the wise?
