Re: [Everything doTERRA] pregnant with terrible cold

For comfort and a little pampering, I would make a nice cup of your
favorite herbal tea and add 1 drop each lemon and peppermint after it
has cooled to drinking temperature. You might also consider a warm
bath or foot soak as Dr. Lawton suggests with 2 C epsom salt and 3-5
drops each of Frankincense, Lemon and Lavender. If you don't have
those oils, use what sounds good to you. I like Geranium, Cypress and
AromaTouch, as well. Soak for at least 15 minutes; longer if you can
rest and it helps you relax. Stay warm and keep up the tea or lemon
water as frequently as you need to for relief. I have a spray bottle
with purified water and 30 drops of lemon in it that I make my family
use whenever they start to cough or get a scratchy throat. The OnGuard
drops are great, too. I hope you find comfort and relief!
