Re: [Everything doTERRA] pregnant with terrible cold

For your sore throat, you can gargle with the OnGuard in a little water, try to gargle for at
least 60 seconds, if that doesn't take it completely away then bring out the big guns and
gargle with oregano and lemon in a little water. This is very hot but it will zap your sore
throat.
If you do not have the following oils, use what you have, but make a capsule with equal
drops of Wild Orange (5) Thyme (5) OnGuard (5) and Oregano (4), take this capsule every
three hours for two days. Apply these same oils with a little carrier oil on the bottom of
your feet at the same time you take the oils internally. You can substitute Frankincense
for an oil if you are missing one.
Apply Breathe on your neck and under you nose, also on the chest area, for congestion.
If you have a diffuser run it with any assortmen of oils like Breathe, Wild Orange, Peppermint,
Ecualyptus, Wintergreen, Birch.
Be intuitive with this protocol as I am not attempting to treat or diagnose any illness.

I am 17 weeks pregnant and have developed a horrible head cold.  I've
been using On Guard topically, but that's all so far.  I don't feel
like experimenting with all the oils until I get it right.  I have a
sore throat, head is full and feel just miserable.  I only have a
slight cough so far.  If anyone can recommend what is best to use and
the frequency for it I would greatly appreciate it.  I know the oils
are safe to use in pregnancy, but I'd like to know which ones are best
so I can knock this out and get back to my Christmas preparations.
Thanks!
